AMC – SERVICE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR INDIVIDUAL/ RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER
  1. Checking and servicing the unit two times in a year.
  2. All parts are covered except sheet metal & plastic parts, coil , remote, tap , hip Liners, rubber, gasket, refrigerator doors, microwave cavity doors, glass turn table, washing machines lid, covers, front door, cabinet of all products, consumables which will be repaired / replaced on chargeable basis. In case the Annual maintenance contract [AMC] is to be entered into after the expiry of warranty period or of previous contract, the contract will be accepted subject to checking of the equipment by the company’s representative and verifying that it is in working condition. In case set is found defective and any repair needs to be done , then it will be repaired first and then taken into contract and the cost (labour and parts)shall be borne by the customer.
  3. All payments are to be made in advance along with the contract in favor of CLIMATROL CORPORATION.
  4. The contract shall be valid for a period as mentioned in the contract form.
  5. Customer will provide and maintain the electrical installation outside of theWater cooler by his licensed electrical person. Company will not be responsible for any damages due   to defect in the electrical installation.
  6. Acceptance/Renewal of the contract after expiry of the contract shall be at the discretion of the company.
  7. Attending to the unit when called upon by you during normal working hours. The customer shall register the complaint for CLIMATROL Products  at CLIMATROL call center only , Customer care no. 8800437843 / 18001236535. For CLIMATROL Products Customer shall register the complaint at CLIMATROL   call center only. 
  8. The Company shall be under no obligation to provide repair / service because of improper use, unauthorized alteration, modification or substitution of any part of Sr. no. of the machine is altered or attended by unauthorized person.
  9. Not withstanding anything contained in this AMC and also in the event of our inability to provide services under this AMC due to non-availability of spares /parts, our total liability under this AMC shall not exceed the AMC amount that has been received by us under the AMC.
  10. Exclusion: – Replacement of parts required due to abnormal atmospheric conditions (Acidic Environmental)
  11. All defective components shall be repaired/ replaced with compatible working parts and defective parts shall be company’s property.
  12. Any change of address must be notified by the customer in advance.
  13. While every effort shall be made to give preferential attention to emergency of the equipment, the company shall not be held responsible for any loss arising.
  14. In case the customer wants to cancel the contract before the completion of the contract period, there shall be no refund of the charges for unexpired period.
  15. The contract is not transferable in event of resale / gift to any other person and no shall be given.
  16. The Equipment brought to the service center will remain there at customer risk and the company will not be responsible for any damages caused due to the factors beyond its control.
  17. Damage to the product or any parts due to Transportation /Shifting is not covered under this contract.
  18. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE: We shall not be liable for any breach or non- performance or delay in carrying out any of the obligations contained in this MAINTENANCE SERVICE leaflet including the servicing/ repairing of the unit as a result of strike, lockout, industrial/labor disturbance, fire/ accidental damage, restrictions imposed by government, any act of God, riot, war or any condition arising from similar cause beyond our control.
  19. Comprehensive AMC purchased from CLIMATROL after 45 days from date of purchase provided the unit is in working condition.
